Bundle totals and conditions

All totals are one-time. Bundle timelines are confirmed in your quote. The $100 comes off once, for one standard website plus one brand kit. Monthly services, standalone logo services, third-party costs and additional work are excluded. You approve the brand elements your kit covers before we finish the website design.

Our plans are optional and billed monthly. Pick one at launch, or keep your site on hosting you already use.

Best if your site rarely changes.

We host the site, handle deployments and keep its SSL certificate active. When you need a change, we quote it first: $75/hour, or a fixed quote for larger work.

Hosting & Care$79/month
Best if you update hours, photos or offers most months.

Everything in Managed Hosting, plus routine technical checks and up to 30 minutes of small edits each month.

How updates work

  1. Email us the change, with any new text or images.
  2. We confirm it fits your included edit time, or send a quote first.
  3. We make the change.
Plan details and limits
  • Small edits means changing text you supply, replacing images you supply, or updating contact details.
  • Included edit time doesn’t roll over. New pages, redesigns and substantial functionality aren’t included.
  • Additional approved work is $75/hour. Larger changes get a quote.
  • Domains, business email, paid tools, third-party subscriptions and unusually high hosting usage are separate.
  • Monthly plans are optional. You can choose compatible hosting of your own instead.
How it works

How a website project works.

From your first request to a live site and the files that go with it.

  1. Request a quote

    Tell us about your business and what the site needs to do. We reply by email with any questions, then send a written quote with the scope, price and estimated timeline.

  2. Confirm the project

    Your approved quote and 50% deposit confirm the project.

  3. Send your website materials

    The text for each page (we format it and edit lightly), photos, logo files, business details such as services, hours and service area, and access to your domain.

    Your delivery timeline begins once we have the required materials and project details.

  4. Review the design

    We build your pages and share the site with you for review before anything goes live.

  5. Revisions

    Send one consolidated list of changes per round. The One-Page and Small-Business packages include two rounds; custom projects follow your quote.

  6. Launch and hosting

    Once you approve the site and pay the remaining 50%, we launch it on your domain, on Managed Hosting, Hosting & Care, or hosting you already use.

  7. Source handoff

    After full payment you receive the agreed website source, subject to third-party licenses, plus 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work.

When your timeline starts

Your approved quote and 50% deposit confirm the project. Your delivery timeline begins once we have the required materials and project details.

Delayed feedback, missing materials or approved scope changes can extend the schedule. The remaining 50% is due before launch or final file handoff.

Website and brand kit together

First you approve the brand elements your kit covers: the new logo, colors and fonts with the New Logo & Brand Kit or Brand Complete, or your supplied logo with confirmed colors and fonts with Brand Essentials. Then we finish the website design around them.

Revisions, scope changes and fixes
  • One revision round is one consolidated list of feedback.
  • Scope changes, such as a new direction, extra pages or new functionality, are quoted or approved before work begins.
  • 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work. New requests during that time are chargeable.
  • Domain registration, business email, paid software and other third-party costs are separate.
FAQs

Website questions

New website or redesign: what’s the difference?

None in price. The same packages cover a new website or a redesign of your current one. Moving content from an existing site is assessed separately and included in your quote.

Who supplies the content?

You supply the text, photos, logos and business details. Formatting and light editing are included; substantial copywriting is quoted separately.

Can I edit the website myself?

Standard packages don’t include a system for editing the site yourself. Small updates can be handled through Hosting & Care, which includes up to 30 minutes of small edits each month. If you need to manage content yourself, mention it and we’ll assess it as a custom project.

Should I use my own hosting or yours?

Either works. Managed Hosting ($39/month) and Hosting & Care ($79/month) are optional. You can use compatible hosting of your own, agreed in your project scope.

What if I need more pages or revisions?

Each package includes the pages or sections and revision rounds listed. Anything more is quoted or approved before work begins. Larger projects fit a Custom Website quote.
